Blossom

In October 2025, this Michelin-star restaurant moved from its rather cramped venue in the old quarter to the top-floor terrace in the Museum of Malaga. This new space includes the elegant interiors and the outdoor terrace, with stunning views of the Alcazaba and Paseo del Parque.

The restaurant specialises in creative dishes using fresh ingredients. Argentinian chef Emi Schobert calls his cuisine “art at every bite”, a take that earned the restaurant a Michelin star in 2025.

Tasting menu only, available with wine pairing options (Blossom has one of the best wine cellars in town): the Menú Esencia costs €140 and the Menú Confluencia costs €190. Pairing options are available for both menus.

Blossom renewed its Michelin star for 2026.
