José Carlos García Restaurante

The city’s veteran Michelin-star holder, JCG forms part of the Costa del Sol’s star-studded list of culinary creators. Located next to the chapel on Muelle Uno, the restaurant’s interior has an industrial vibe, backed by a stunning vertical garden. In addition, it has panoramic views of the city skyline, particularly beautiful at last light.

In 2026, Restaurante JCG renewed its Michelin star.

The chef himself greets you when you arrive and you can keep an eye on things in the kitchen through the glass walls. Chef José Carlos García combines nouvelle cuisine with local produce and traditional techniques.

Summer 2026 update: this season will be the last at the current venue before José Carlos moves back to his roots in Café de París in La Malagueta district.
